How do I set it up?
Unfold the inflatable, secure it with the included stakes and ropes, and plug it in — the built-in fan inflates it in minutes.
Can it stay outside?
Our inflatables are made for outdoor use. Secure them with the stakes and ropes, keep the fan intake clear, and switch off and deflate them in strong wind or heavy snow.
What plug does it use?
Our inflatables come with a US plug (110–120V).
When will my order arrive?
The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout. Order by December 10 for Christmas delivery in the US.
Can I return it?
Yes — you can return any item within 30 days of delivery. See our Returns page for details.
How do I store it after Christmas?
Let it dry completely, deflate it, fold it loosely and store it in a cool, dry place until next season.
