Not quite right? You can return any item within 30 days of delivery.
How to return
- Contact us with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Once your return arrives, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Conditions
- Items should be unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in the original packaging.
- Damaged or faulty items are always replaced or refunded free of charge — please send us a photo within 7 days of delivery.
Your EU right of withdrawal
Customers in the EU may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 30-day return window extends this right and does not limit it.
Legal guarantee
EU customers have a 2-year legal guarantee against defects that were present at delivery.
